Could you take additional pictures of a pen?Updated 9 months ago

Although our photography department tries its best to faithfully represent the fine pens shown on our website, we often get requests for additional photos.

This usually happens when a particular pen has a colorful, swirling pattern that is unique to every piece.

Generally, we cannot honor requests to photograph every pen. The amount of orders we process daily would not allow the time for such requests. 

However, if its a special pen and you wouldn't mind waiting for reply (especially during peak season), then we can take an extra photo to send to you privately.

Also, some photos we receive from the manufacturer / distributor might be lacking. For those items, we will rephotograph them and replace the images shown on our website.
