No, we do not repair pens at the Goldspot office. We leave the repairs up to the professionals and the respective brands that we represent.

If you need your writing instrument repaired, please consult the warranty and after sale contact list to find the particular brand of pen you need repaired.

Alternatively, if the problem you are having is with a vintage pen or with a fountain pen nib, you may want to contact a nib repair specialist (a.k.a. a "nibmeister") to service your pen. Goldspot is not affiliated with any particular nib specialist. However, if you would like a recommendation, we can provide one if you would contact us directly. Please let us know if the pen is considered vintage or modern and where you reside so we can find a suitable nib specialist close to you.
