How can I tell if an item is in stock or will be back in stock?Updated 9 months ago

Goldspot pens shows real-time availability of most of the 10,000+ pens, refills, and stationery items on the website. So, if an item shows a message of "In stock! Usually ships within 24 hours," we have it available in our New Jersey office and can ship it quickly.

If an item shows "Out of Stock. This item is temporarily out of stock," don't fret, it most likely means we are waiting for inventory to arrive.

If the pen is in our Sneak Peek section of the website and has a "Coming Soon" tag next to it, then, we haven't received this pen yet. To be notified when the pen arrives, use the "In Stock Reminder" button to enter your e-mail address so we can let you know when it's ready to ship.

If the out-of-stock item is not in our Sneak Peek section, it could be that we sold out of our current stock and are awaiting more to arrive from the manufacturer. Stocking times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Generally, we usually re-stock most items within 1-2 weeks. You can always contact us for an update on a specific item. In this case as well, you'll want to sign up for an "In Stock Reminder" to be notified when more stock arrives.

If the out-of-stock item is a limited edition, it is very possible that we will not get any more. We are usually allocated a small number of pens from the manufacturer and once we sell them, that's it. Still, it might be worthwhile to enter your e-mail address for an "In Stock Reminder" just incase someone cancels their order or more items are obtained.
