When can I pick up my order?Updated 9 months ago

Pen pals who are local to our Aberdeen, NJ office have the option to pick up their order during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern US Time). Generally, it will take us about 2-3 hours to prepare your order for pickup.

For example, if you place your order 7pm in the evening, it will most likely be ready by Noon the following business day. If you place your order at 11am, it will probably be waiting for you by 2pm.

If you need to pick up by a specific time, please note it in your order comments or give us a call to speak with one of our team members to let them know you're on a tight schedule.

Please note that personalized orders with engraved pens will take longer to prepare.
