Once an order is placed, it will take an average of 18 hours for Goldspot's team to fulfill it and ship it. If you can connect to us by e-mail or phone before we ship your order, it is possible to make a change to add or edit your order.

If you would like to add items, please note that we will require you to authorize an additional payment by e-mail invoice or by providing your payment information over the phone.

However, on busier days (like a Monday or day after a holiday weekend), we may not be able to accommodate your request due to the high volume of orders. We will try our best to check all of our e-mail and voicemail messages prior to processing orders, but we can't guarantee we will see your message before the order ships.
