To cancel an order, please send an e-mail to our customer service team at [email protected] to request cancellation. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. Or, you may call us during office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time) as well.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
